Apollo young astronauts land on and explore mars

Apollo are looking for the next generation of aspiring astronauts to help us on our space discovery missions. Our second mission was to build a mars rover, after building and launching their own rocket we asked the young astronauts to design and build a working Mars rover that would explore Mars surface!

We were overwhelmed by the fantastic responses we received and the creativity involved in designing, engineering and building them. Below are some of our favourite entries from our new Apollo Young Astronauts.

After the great efforts of Women In Engineering Day on the 23rd of June it was great to see such a mix of young boys and girls participating in engineering from such a young age. At Apollo, we are passionate about engineering and it’s great we can even in this small way, encourage engineering passion from a young age.

Keep your eyes peeled on our website and social media for our last competition where we will be landing back on earth!
