January, and particularly this January is always a long month, full of dark nights and cold weather, even more, so now with lockdown also.
If you know Apollo, you will know one of our core values is enjoyment and we try and make our offices a fun place to work, whether that’s a joke and a laugh during the Monday morning sales meeting, sending our staff pick-me-up gifts, making the life/ work balance easier with flexible working or organising monthly social events after our company updates.
The last Friday of the month is when we reward staff with an earlier finish and a couple of drinks to thank them for everything they do. We kept up with our traditional end of month drinks and this months activity was Charades! And as you can see from the photo everyone got very stuck in! (some more than others!)
Some of the words our team had to act out were, Capybara, Dolphin and Popcorn, with some great efforts doing so!
